Jermaine Jones, Guissepe Rossi, Vedad Ibisevic, and Neven Subotic in USA's starting 11 would automatically propel them to some of the elite national teams (the starters at least).

Jermaine Jones played a couple of times for Germany but now has the option to switch to USA according to the new rule passed by FIFA. This goes for all our Bosnian stars that left to play for other countries, they can come back as well.

If Rossi doesn't play for Italy in the next 3 years (I'm not sure if it's 3 years, correct me please if I'm wrong), he can switch to USA NT as long as he has the American passport. Same goes for Ibisevic, Subotic, and others. Jones already chose to switch.

Imagine the starting lineup:

Tim Howard (Everton)

Steven Cherundolo (Hannover)

Neven Subotic (Borussia Dortmund)

Oguchi Onyewu (Standard Liege)

Jonathan Spector (West Ham United)

Jermaine Jones (Schalke)

Michael Bradley (Borussia Monchengladbach)

Clint Dempsey (Fulham)

Landon Donovan (LA Galaxy)

Guiseppe Rossi (Villareal)

Vedad Ibisevic (Hoffenheim)
