I grew up on the fat, but at that time and still puffiness, and later engaged in throwing events for six years. Have been in fat. And every day, strength training, so a lot of body muscles. Retired into the University the past three years has been no change in food intake, it is easy to be hungry, and sometimes think they would feel hungry, so weight has not changed the people around because they do not practice the muscles loose 啦, but how could not sweating , so it is easy to lose weight. And my muscles have been maintained, possibly because of muscle relaxation is not a long time, they became dead muscle 啦, shoulder is also very wide, the majority concentrated in the belly meat and hips, the leg is not how thick. Winter is very easy to sweat, as long as a part of the activities of a kind of excitement would be sweating right away, so no matter how much I sweat out the weight has been no change, and I am eating has always been impossible to control, it is now the need for effective weight loss methods, against me such a special constitution. I want to eat less need to control the method, even if the pain does not matter a bit, I am now eating bitter gourd juice, but I have to eat bitter melon for the first time in two decades, although very vomiting, but I was willing to try as long as the useful and hope you can help me.谢谢.
