Time:

2 hours a day, preferably from 4 pm to 6 pm

1, warming-up half an hour, 4,000 meters, -5000 m jogging. 2 points for each lap

2, varied pace, 100 meters faster 100 meters slow, 5 laps.

3, relax, adjust, high leg lift, 20 seconds. 20 m Leapfrog Group 3

4, jogging five laps to relax finishing
