Great long-distance weight leg squat to stimulate the instincts are right about sprint.

Explosive inadequate: the usual run to high leg lift (arm faster) appropriate arrangements for heavy weight squat.

Similar to the Leapfrog are all good sprint.

Training run, or from a running start, run 250-300 meters distance, repeated practice, the 200 has greatly improved
