I am 17 years old 100M12 seconds 400 meters in 59 seconds like to improve the results (I am not a sports Health) what specific practical way to do 30 minutes of exercise a day is now third year

clear what is the explosive or endurance (including the speed endurance). 100M12 seconds is not a sport students should be considered very good, and explosive first practice abdominal waist. Do a specific back supports, arched-ups. 400M slow, indicating the speed of your endurance is not enough, it may not relaxed way to run, not a good. 120 - 200M speed after it lost the race on the 300M and 500M. Full throttle and ran like a butt like a pins and needles!

I was training in athletics, you are more then 15 minutes a day training. 400 meters seems to slow points, warm-up run 400-meter track 5 laps to be a small bar! ! Explosive force to be strengthened, and thought they could be more than 60 meters, in practice very 200 meters, maybe 100 are good. This can strengthen the lower extremity strength
