Spring is what my grade?

My height 179 (measured at night, without shoes), 235 with one hand stretched high, jump about 10 cm beyond the rim. So according to this calculation, then Spring is about 80 cm. How such a bounce? If I want to dunk, need a few centimeters above the rim?

main technical points, 80 if you vertical jump. Height of 180 can not deduct can not ah.

I .180. Vertical jump of 85. Can be withheld. Later, higher body weight, jump down, could not only grasp .

dunk when the body should have stayed in the air, to uplift was feeling blue basket. the body to be opened. foot jump. Center pin force.

Personally think if you have 80 vertical jump. Not less than deduction.

Jump to more than 80 very much. I was only 85 ...
