Self Trigger Point Release Through the Shoulder Girdle

This post was inspired by a friend. I was trying to look up some ways she could help her husband with some massage and then found this. Even better, because he can do it to himself and have full control of the pressure applied. Then I got to thinking that all those cyclist gals with tight pecs etc. could probably benefit from this information. So here it is.

Just so you all know, I do not necessarily endorse crossfit but these are good videos.

For any of these techniques you can use a tennis ball, if that's too intense a racquet ball works well. You can use a yoga block as your well, block. You don't need to spend $$$ on the trigger point release toys.

More pecs, some lats and abdomenal stuff, all good for posture.:
