Nice how to change a (rear) flat video.

Just found this video. It's 10 minutes versus the usual 4 or so minute videos on Youtube. Thought it might be useful for someone.

Wow! I changed my first tire on my sister's road bike this morning after watching this video. The video gives some great advice, but these guys are a lot stronger and make the whole tire removal process look easy. It is not easy! I struggled for awhile getting the tire lever under the bead. It really is tight. I tried it with no tire lever and that isn't going to happen. I am just not strong enough in the hands. The last portion of the tire is also difficult to get over the rim. It took me awhile, but I did it.

The video was very helpful for me. Gave me little tips to try when I was struggling and luckily I watched it closely because it was a back tire and I had to figure out how to get the chain back on the tire.
