Can anyone give me some help syncing the throttle bodies on my bike? I am getting some vibrations in the bars/pegs and I think the Tb's might be the issue. The idle is also lumpier than I believe it should be. I don't have a sync tool however. Any assistance would be great, I can bring the bike to you. Thanks in advance.

I just checked with Bill @ 5th Gear, they can do it for me, but I'd like to learn how. Let me know guys. Thanks.

Do you have a shop manual with the carb setting info? I have some merc. stix, and a box full of tools, and should be able to help you do it. I've done the carbs on my bikes a few times, and have had pretty decent results, though I haven't done F.I. throttle bodies before - should be similar though.
PM me if you are interested.

I have the shop manual, it goes into pretty good detail. It says we need an external tach, I can use the signal from my Power Commander for that if need be.

Yeah, I think my manual suggested using an external tach as well, though I just used my OEM tach to set up the idle at about 1050-1100 RPM.
I have a multimeter with a tach feature on it, but I don't know if it'll work with the Power Commander - it has an inductive pick-up that we might be able to clip onto the plug/coil leads.

You live out in the 'Whack eh? What time(s) work for you?

Hmmm, so is it worth checking them out though? The bike has just over 14k on it?

You should ride my bike. No counter balance. Between 6-7000 rpm I'm lucky parts don't fall off.
