almost ready to take the bike to the shop or the scraper! i bench tested my regulater with a diode test and everything looks good. the test in the manual is not very clear. tryd the resistence test on my stator and is showing nothing. someone said theres another test you can do for the regulator/ rectifier but i dont know.

What year gsxr and what cc I may have old spare ones. It's probably your stator. Just pull the cover.

i pulled the stator off and had a look, and it looks brand new. havnt done the voltage check on it, but have to put it back in . bike and 02 750. all my conections look good nothing is burnt?

I have 2 rectifiers that will work. Had a problem with my own 01 750.

also - your charging system could be fine - however I would remove RH fairing and physically UNPLUG the four electrical connectors, looking for corrosion. only one of the four connectors is weatherpacked........

took them apart a few days ago and everything looks good. even had my tank off just to have a look and everything looks good. trying to do everything i can before i take it in. thanks for the reply.

Stator died. 3 blwn windings.
