Looking for a Good Muay Thai News/Info Source and Some Events

Watching late night Muay Thai on cable is what second-hand originally got me into MMA. I started trying to research the sport and clicked link after link until I was eventually reading about MMA instead. It's probably my favorite aspect of MMA.

All that being said, I can't find anything about any reputable Muay Thai orgs. There are occasional tourneys here and there that end up being very hard to find a way to watch, but that's it. I'm developing a love for K-1, but without two-handed clinching behind the head and elbows, it's just not quite as awesome for me.

I found out that the WBC actually has a Muay Thai division with weight classes and champions and all that, but it seems to be extremely loosely thrown together and it's hard to find info on when fights are and where I can go to catch them.

Anyone know of any good / reputable Muay Thai sites for news / rankings / history / past tourney results / maybe some video? I really want to dive head first into learning everything, but it's hard to do.

Hi,

Yes, I also want to know some reputable Muay Thai sites/blogs for news and information.

Here are two that I visit, although they are poorly designed web sites, IMO.

www.usmta.com/

www.wmcmuaythai.org/ (which you mentioned)

Also, not sure how far you're willing to travel, but my gym puts together a good fight night. Half the fights are MMA and the other half are Muay Thai.
