who do you think is better? i say toni... he doesnt think to much of himslef... he is a strong attacker... cassano... he wants the team revolved around him... but he is verry skillfull with the ball... depending on the team you can use either one of them... but i still say toni... did cassano ever get a hat trick with the nt? (im asking a real question i dont know so please answer it)

why didnt u add a poll, anyway, i agree Toni is better, by a long shot, hell without Toni Palmero wouldnt have been in the SiereA this season

They play completely different roles. Toni is more of a target man in the Vieri/Inzaghi mould whilst Cassano is more of a terequista forward. I would pick Cassano any day of the week as he can create something out of nothing. He is a great player and is going to be the player that Italy will rely on in the years to come(providing he sorts his discipline out).

if i had to choose one i'd take toni over cassano on my team anyday. cassano is a whiner and no team needs that no matter how skilled he is. but they have different roles so italy is lucky

For me, I think Toni is a better choice as he is more disciplined, and already we have players who can play in Cassano's role like Totti and Del Piero, so why do we need 3 trequaristas, Cassano has been known for his outburts and short temper

lol totti, too

Toni is a better forward, Cassano is more of a playmaker and plays just 1 place behind Toni, but currently Toni is doing better than him, but still overall Toni has a stronger built and it takes more than 1 defender to stop him from scoring goals.

Right now if I were to pick one I'd go for Toni, but still Cassano needs some time to get back to his form, because if this was 1 year ago, Cassano would be the man.

Nien. Cassano is WAAAYYYY more skilled, by a long shot, but Toni is strong on the ball and can add to the attack Aerially...it depends on what tactics Lippi wants to use, but let me tell you when I saw the Totti-Gila-Cassano combo vs Russia they were dominant and the best trio that Italy can have for them. As I said, Toni or a Vieri (late in the game) would provide for a different assault, but Cassano is more skilled!!
