Adriano has finally self destructed

What can i say.Inter has thrown his contract in the garbage and it seems that this will be Adriano's farewell.

I remember 8 years ago, when i posted the news that Inter has signed Adriano and it was obvious that this kid has a bright future.

We all fell in love with him as Inter needed a new star after Ronaldo's departure and for a brief moment this was the best striker in the world.

Inter stood for him all the time, especially Mourinho...But his demons were too tempting for him to turn his back on them.

I seriously think that he accepted them as his allies and actually turned his back on all those who can save him.

I don't believe this bullshit about him leaving football and being with his family so that he can put his shit together even for a moment.

What a way to end up a relationship.

From a priceless stone in the crown of her majesty the Seria A,he turned in to a stone in it's kidneys.

I wonder, didn't this guy ever heard the story of Icarus?!?!?

I think the guy needs therapy and a good psychologist. He has more issues than I do (with regards to relationships lol).

The man in this video left Inter years ago, even if we never wanted to admit it. It's so easy to forget that he used to play the game with such confidence and aggression. Completely different body language.

I won't judge what he is doing now because I don't want to pretend to know where he has come from or what he has gone through. Let him do what he wants. I fear he'll regret it all later, but I hope his future, whether in football or not, is a happy one. Who knows...maybe he'll get it together and make it to South Africa for 2010. The Brazil managers always seem ready to give him another chance. But he'll never be the same player again.

It's funny to imagine what it must have been like to have to defend the big guy back in the day. Speed, power, skill, Brazilian flair. And if you let him shoot on goal - from ANYWHERE - you were f*cked! He was the ultimate weapon, and it's heartbreaking to even contemplate the sort of partnership he could have formed with Ibra.

These are just Inter goals. He also scored some beauties with Parma and Brazil.
