Ibrahimovic or Toni

...I dont know why Moratti preffers Toni when he's 30 years old, while Zlatan is 24 and a great dribler...who doesnt score much goals but is ten times more usefull than Toni...Adriano will find it easier with a technitian rather than with a classic forward...Milan are the biggest favorites for Zlatan...but that depends mostly from Inter wether we'll chose Zlatan or Toni...we are in lot better position...so he'll arrive without doubt if we send an offer for Ibrahimovic...i have serious doubts about Toni... ...

Obviously I would go for Ibrahimovic. But apparently he will only come to us if Milan don't qualify for the CL. He has agreed terms with both clubs however. So he obviously doesn't mind too much. If we put in a good offer he should be ours.

If not Ibrahimovic, I'd think I'm more intrigued by Tavano than Toni. Toni has some skill, but yeah his age and price are just too worrisome. Meanwhile Tavano is another true second forward who scored a bunch of goals last year. It doesn't hurt either that Inter are his dream club.

yes Tavano has stated many times about his dream of playing for Inter. But we can't be sure about his class, after all I hadn't even noticed Tavano before last season, and he's something like 26/27?

Anyway, to return to this thread topic, definitely Ibra. I just wish Moratti doesn't have to pay 30 mill to get him.

I debated Tavano's late emergence with someone here a while ago. I think he has only emerged as big-time goal scorer in the last couple seasons because coaches were wasting his talents by trying to use him as a midfielder, particularly on the wings. That's my theory anyways. But the guy scored 19 goals in the Serie A last season, and did so with tiny Empoli! That is extremely impressive for a second forward and more than anyone at Inter scored. It also dwarf's Ibrahimovic's 7 goals .

Well it's true that 19 goals for Empoli is very convincing. But it's also true that players who make a break in serie A tend to have a very difficult time next season.

If we don't buy him and he scores 20 goals again, I admit that I'm a cynical fool

well Tavano is great and talented not as old or as expensive as Toni but i think we take him as 3rd choice after Ibra 1st and Toni 2nd then it will be great if we sign both Tavano and one of the 2 great strikers Ibra and Toni.

BTW another striker is set 2 move to Inter is Crespo which i dont agree on this move at all.what do u think ??
