...Sanz who is quite respectable and someone who under his reign Real won the most prestigeous Titles is convincing the Football World, that he talked to Adriano and Moratti about swapping Adriano for some of theReal Players...To be perfectly honest i really dont give a damn whether he'll leave INTER...I really think that he can be swapped for Ronaldo/Rubinho and Cassano and+there will be enough cash for Emerson(who's price will be drasticaly reduced, after Juve's Fall )as for Riquelme 18m€ will come out of INTER'S bugget...Adriano really fed up everyone with his childish statements that he couldnt play in INTER the formation was unsuitable for him...He said that he couldnt play with Bobo,he couldnt play with Martins...He liked Recoba, but even with him he couldnt score...In the World Cup he is invisible and he was replaced with Rubinho who refreshed the Team...while Adriano who by the way scored two goals wasnt convincing at all and proved that he's the weakest link in Brazilian team...I said that INTER should keep Adriano, but it seems that he's not a player like RONALDINHO ,RONALDO,RIVALDO,KAKA and RIVALDO+he doesnt want to play in INTER and his transfer in Real is perhaps obvious...But i really, really dont care...He's not crucial and decisive for INTER...It has been a nightmare watching his insignificant and painfull atempts to score even against ridiculous oponents...If we can get Ronaldo or Rubinho and Cassano+cash i would be delighted The leatest rumor is that Moratti wants Adriano and Ronaldo together for next season in Inter...that would be awesome...and i know that Ronaldo is keen for that...but it's only a rumor...

BERGISCH GLADBACH - Ahead of Saturday's World Cup quarter-final against France, Brazil striker Adriano has hit back at the recent press criticism and confirmed his desire to win with the Selecao and Inter.

"It will be a hard match against France and we know this. I don't have any problems but I am always criticised, and this has happened since the Copa America," he said. "For the press it is always me that has to be left out of the team, yet I have suffered so much to get here, and I have fought with all my strength. I don't know why they attack me, but I always say that who laughs last laughs loudest.

"I can give a lot more than I have given so far but I need peace and quiet, otherwise it is hard. Brazil must always win, and win by playing well. But it isn't easy, there are also your opponents, and they all want to do well against us."

Adriano quashed rumours of a summer move to Spain, adding: "Me to Real Madrid? There's no truth in this. I am staying at Inter to win the league. The way I'm playing for my national team, getting back to help out in midfield, will be useful for when I return to my club side. It is difficult to adapt but this is what Parreira wants from me and I do it.

"Mancini likes playing with two strikers, and I prefer to be the lone striker, but this role in the national team will be useful so I can get used to playing alongside another striker, which is what Mancini wants at Inter."

Adriano has said he is happy at Inter. He won't be leaving that is for sure. Sanz even said that his statements were misinterpreted and that it will be two different Inter players that will join Madrid. It won't happen anyway as he won't be elected.

It seems though that Moratti and Branca want to team Ronaldo up with Adriano.

However, I think Adriano, as he has stated should be the lone striker with Mancini and Figo flanking him. That would be HOT !

Why do u all keep asking for a young player in Inter and u have one???

Adriano is a great player and who in the World is playing great for life he must have some bad times and unfortunatly that time for Adriano was last season and he will probably recover and come back adn he is really doing this now.

I'm watching Adriano very wisely and concentarting on him,he is changing he is fighting for every ball and helping his teammates he doesn't hold the ball a lot and is creating spaces for Ronaldo and Adriano is atking good positions but Brazil team want Ronaldo 2 score that was preventing Adriano from scoring and he was even asked 2 help in the middle 2 prepare for Ronaldo.

Now i'll see him better next days and Next season in Inter all he need is a better partner and he will come back any way cause the great people dont die quickly.

But against France Adriano had to come on as a substitute and try and win a lost cause. He was mis-used by Parreira. We know that for Brazil he can be deadly as the lone striker. He should have been picked ahead of Ronaldo who did nothing. Adriano really needs to work on his movement off the ball. For Brazil he just stood around the penalty box when in attack. He did track back, but he never made promising runs for Ronaldinho or Kaka to thread balls through for him.

elcino Adriano wasn't 2 be blamed in This World Cup as there is not even one Brazilian player that played 30% of his real performances.

Adriano we all know that he was having a bad ***kin season so no people were waiting for more from Adriano this World Cup but look at the WORLD'S BEST PLAYER IN 2 SEASONS,Ronaldinho what did he do???i'll tell u he did nothing (played for himself)Ronaldo what did he do(Played 2 break the record)

Roberto Carlos and Cafu(they can't do any better which Parreira didn't understand for age matters)Ze Roberto (no comment)Kaka (played only one game) Adriano (a result for the rest and did nothing)

But the only 2 not 2 be blamed are Kaka and Adriano.

First World Cup and had no support, their team was the favourite and as they are young they did nothing 2 translate this favourite into a cup.

Parreira is the main reason for this shameful exit for Brazil.

What's Wrong with Brazil's Confederation's cup formation???

........................ Adriano ........................

..... Ronaldinho ................. Robinho ..........

......................... Kaka ...........................

........... Ze Roberto ....... Emerson ............

Gilberto..... Lucio ....... Juan ......... Cicinho

......................... Dida ...........................

Thsi is a formation of players that want 2 do something as they are still young not a formation with Cafu,Roberto Carlos and Ronaldo.

Adriano-Ronaldo swap mooted Thursday 13 July, 2006

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Inter are set to bring want-away Manchester United ace Cristiano Ronaldo to the San Siro in a part exchange deal with Adriano, reports suggest.

Although United deny that any such deal is being discussed, it is rumoured that they are willing to let the Portuguese youngster go after a turbulent last few weeks for the midfielder.

The Old Trafford outfit are supposedly ready to offer the youngster, plus around £10m, for the South American striker – a possible replacement for unsettled Ruud Van Nistelrooy.

Prior to the World Cup quarter-final clash with England, the ex-Sporting Lisbon winger was not for sale at any price.

However, after angering teammate Wayne Rooney and becoming a scapegoat figure in England, it appears that Ronaldo’s Manchester United days may be over.

Adriano had an unhappy season at the San Siro last term – scoring only 13 Serie A goals – and disappointed in Germany.

Given his personal differences with Inter Coach Roberto Mancini, he would be likely to accept the move to Old Trafford.

Mancini would be happy for the deal to be completed seeing as the Nerazzurri are said to be close to agreeing terms with Juventus for Zlatan Ibrahimovic and are still hoping to lure Luca Toni from Fiorentina.

Cristiano Ronaldo would be the perfect man to provide the crosses for either marksman on one wing, with fellow Portuguese ace Luis Figo on the other.

As the biggest side in Italy not implicated in the Calciopoli scandal, Inter look set to take advantage with another busy summer of transfer activity.

The Beneamati have also been linked with Palermo’s Simone Barone, Daniele De Rossi of Roma, Daniele Bonera from Parma and Van Nistelrooy amongst others.

...I would like this to happen...Adriano had an awfull season in Inter and in Brazil...he's not Ronaldinho damn it... ...nor he's Ronaldo...Toni will be a centreforwad after all...wether i like or not...im not keen on Toni but it's paralogical to play bouth Adriano and Toni...it seems that Adriano will be swapped after all...and Cristiano is a brilliant right winger...perhaps the best in the moment...there's reports that Ibrahimovic has agreed terms with Inter... ....

I'd like C. Ronaldo too. But I'd prefer to keep Adriano also. At some point I believe Adriano will wake up and realize he has slipped from his best performances. Then maybe he can dominate once again.
