High Profile Forward

...the January transfer window will come just like that...im not satisfied with the curent arsenal of strikers...ADRIANO cant find space for him...if you exclude ADRIANO from the team they wont be able to hold the ball and about scoring a goal they cant even imagine...he plays like a a wing...like a playmaker...surely not an ideal position for him...he's a Centre Forward not a playmaker...that's why he cant score so often...he's the best striker on the planet and he havent scored for three matches... ...i've heard something that TORRES wanted to leave ATletico and CHELSEA are in the pole to sign him...i think he will be more tempted to play along ADRIANO than with DROGBA...but we have to sent an offer... ...another alternative is CASSANO...and i cant think of anyone else...VUCINIC is a good player...but i wouldnt consider him as a high profile forward...he didnt show a damn skill against INTER on SAN SIRO....perhaps he plays for a a mediocre team but he should've done something if he wants to impress MORATTI and FACHETTI....

The current forward roster that we have is mighty impressive. All four offer different combinations of skill, power, finishing ablity, creativity and aerial dominance. The problem is that Mancini is yet to realise that the greatest partnership available to us is the Brazilian - Uruguayan one. Oba is talented and Mancini is a great fan, but it is obvious that he cannot create as much as Recoba. Adriano and elchino are just devine together and that is why I hope Moratti doesn't dig into his pocket once more.

I think it's too soon to think in another striker, I'm happy with the players we have. It's true Adriano hasn't scored in recent games, but against Artmedia he could had scored at least 2.... maybe he needs some rest, I don't know. Defenders know him better now, and its not easy for him, but he's helping the team in other ways. And we have in the bench Recoba, who is a super star, Martins who is improving, and Cruz, who is a great player but underrated by many.

I agree with you about the Adriano-Martins, I prefer any possible combination of strikers than that one.

I think Adriano and Oba just need time, but yeah I prefer Recoba anyway. If it were up to me, all three of them would play

...

I'm not sure there is a high profile forward I would want at the moment. Maybe Torres or even Cassano, but I dunno. Perhaps this season there will be some new forwards that emerge. I've mentioned his name before and think it might be interesting to see how Fred does in his first season at Lyon.

a high profile player hasnt scored for 3 games in serie a, it happens, its all about finding the net + now injury (which shouldnt make too much a difference). Adriano im sure when he comes back, he will come back with 2 goals if not more. He is amazing, and Cruz is... cruz but he has scored 3 goals, thats 3 out of 3. 3/3 is equal with 38/38 in a fraction with goals per game (supposing he plays all games). If cruz scores that many, technically, by the bookhe will be better than adriano. But we all know that cannot happen, so don't worry guys, use defensive tactics, hold on to your pants, and things will be alright!

...mighty impressive????... ...... ....c'mon man....Martins and CRUZ are impressive???...MARTINS is a talented player but for teams like PALERMO...ZAMPDORIA...UDINESE and FIORENTINA...but not like INTER....the guy useless against LECE...he scored a goal but he isnt compatible for ADRIANO...perhaps MANCINI think that ADRIANO is big and powerfull and MARTINS litlle and fast that they create a perfect forward...that's ridiculous....that is the worst duo that INTER had in years...in fact i dont remember that we had such a un comfortable thandem...where ADRIANO is sufferin and plays like a damn playmaker while MARTINS scores one from ten goal chanses... ...i used to like MARTINS but it' sobvious that he isnt made for ADRIANO partnership...and RECOBA a super star???...he's fading away...he's no longer a player that he used to be...CUPER and now this imbecil have ruined his genious talent.... ...b ut he prooved that he's the one to partner ADRIANO...if ALVARO doesnt score that isnt atragedy...he's a supportive forward...but if that happens with ADRIANO than something's wrong...i dont understand how can MANCINI be so blind and stupid not to realised what everyone did.... ...this will FRUSTRATE ADRIANO and he might depart from INTER next season...if MANCINI doesnt want to make his play easier someone else in some other team will....
