INTER STILL NUMBER ONE IN IFFHS RANKING

MILAN - Thanks to the Italian Super Cup victory over Juventus, the Champions League qualifying round victories over Shakhtar and the Serie A Week 1 home win against Treviso, Inter remain on top of the monthly IFFHS (International Federation of Football History and Statistics, www.iffhs.de: www.iffhs.de ) ranking. Champions League and European Super Cup winners Liverpool leapfrog AC Milan into second place.

1. FC Internazionale Milano 308

2. Liverpool 292

3. AC Milan 272

4. Manchester United 263

5. Bayern Munich 261

6. Newcastle United 249

7. Villarreal 241

8. Sao Paulo 238

9. Auxerre 237

I don't think it is very accurate, but it is a good reflection of how our team has changed recently. We are now winners rather than losers

something is pretty worng with that, as Real or Barca isnt there, but Man U and Newcastle United and Auxerre are

I would prefer to be the no1 team at the end of the season. Anyways, I don't know what statistics they use, because I remember when we were with Zac, we still managed to be in the top 10??? And under the Mancini when we got those ridiculous amounts of draws, we were still high up.
