Roma's transfer ban is lifted!! Bring in Cassano and Chivu!!

Now Moratti promised us a surprise. The moves for Samuel and Figo in particular were so talked about that they hardly shocked me when they were announced. Now that this ban has been lifted I think Moratti can really surprise me by bringing in one of these two players.

I think the squad is fairly settled now, but these two are the final ingrediants to complete the jigsaw. I want them added to the squad next summer if possible to finalise the team. But if we do that we run the risk of Milan or Juve snatching them up and they are both crucial players for our future, especially Chivu who can end the problems at Left Back. One more signing won't hurt too much......I hope

Well, Facchetti said today Inter won't buy more players, only sell.

I wouldn't mind if we get Chivu.... but I'd prefer to keep the team as it is now

It's better to have continuity I think, it's true Chivu is better than Favalli, but Favalli already knows all the players and Mancini's game style.

Cassano? Definitely not

I don't want Cassano at Inter until he proves that he's capable of decently representing a big club, something he's failed to do at Roma.

With the exception of Van Der Meyde and possibly Cristiano the squad looks pretty settled, however i would certainly welcome the arrival of Chivu!

We already have one crazy genius in Recoba at Inter, no need to risk having two with Cassano. Plus there's still question marks over his mentality and maturity. I still curse the lost opportunity at signing Chivu, a versatile and equally competent defender.
