The agent of Atletico Madrid captain Fernando Torres says the youngster could seek a move if the club cannot establish itself as the third force in Spanish football.
With Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester United all watching on, Torres' agent, Jose Antonio MartÙn, fired a warning at Atletico: "He is prepared to give Atletico time so that they can make their history together.
"He has taken into consideration where the club is now and where it has been and would like to make his own history with Atletico.
"But if the club cannot match his ambition, then Fernando must go elsewhere to create his own history."
But Martin added: "At the moment there is no haste because the player is happy at Atletico. Fernando doesn't just have a financial agreement with the club, he also has an emotional pact with them
