I've already been at FIFA&UEFA official sites, have written to Federation of Spanish football, have found e-mail of Committee of Astirian referees

but it seems very Spanish referees are most unaccesible and secret

Why all the world can make a declaration of love to Pierluigi Collina and damn Urs Meier, and me can't find a way to get in touch with Mejuto Gonzalez???!!!
