CL vs. La Liga

Zidane said a couple of days ago that Madrid should concentrate in La Liga and not on the CL.

My questios is: what would you prefer:

1. La Liga champions and CL 4th. place.

Or

2. CL champions and 4th in La Liga?

I rate Zidanes words as selfish ... he now has the Champions League title with Real and therefor asks for the eagu ;-)

I would take the Champions League anytime if I had to chose.

I'll take the CL anytime over la liga.

Well, i have always thought that "Teams that deserve to win the Champions League reach the quarterfinals". Therefore, finishing 4th in La Liga is a lesser accomplishment than being a semifinalist in the CL
