Barcelona ace Ronaldinho to debut 10R boots tonight

November 22, 2006

Barcelona ace Ronaldinho will debut his new 10R boots tonight in their crunch Champions League clash with Levski Sofia.

The Brazilian, who launched his 10R clothing label last week, will for the first time wear his newly designed boots tonight in Bulgaria.

"I've always dreamed of having boots like these," said Ronaldinho last night.

The boots boast a 'tricolour' that represents the most important elements of life to Ronaldinho - Yellow for family and Brazil, Orange for food and music, and Red for passion and joy.

Barcelona's Ronaldinho fulfills dream with spectacular goal

November 25, 2006

Ronaldinho continued his form resurgence with a superb display in Barcelona's 4-0 romp over Villarreal last night.

The Brazilian scored a first-half penalty and following second-half strikes from Eidur Gudjohnsen and Andres Iniesta, Ronaldinho put the icing on the cake with a stunning overhead kick in the final minute as the Catalan side outclassed their visitors.

Ronaldinho was delighted with his 'chilean' strike afterwards: "It's a goal I've been dreaming to score since I was a young boy.

"What worried me was that the ball may have gone out of play before I received it, but once I controlled it I realised it was at the perfect height for me to try a chilean.

"Even in training, I know that when I score such goals it has a lot to with luck. Though I have been practising since I was a kid, leaping around on my bed!

"My other great goal scoring dream is to score from the halfway line."
