Real Madrid rift between Brazilians, Spaniards

The agent of Robinho has revealed there is a rift between the Brazilians and Spaniards at Real Madrid.

Ribeiro declared: "There is a serious problem in the dressing room. Helguera, Guti and Raul do not get along well with the Brazilians.

"That made work very difficult for Luxemburgo. His exit from Real Madrid is very bad news for Robinho, because he knows him better than anybody. It is necessary to have patience with him."

It is not only this match that Ronaldinho proved himself to be the best in the world. It was the whole of the season... Sheva scored 4 goals against a turkish team just before the ballon d'or was given... the best player award is not given on the result of one match but the whole year.

Come on people, let's face it. Real Madrid is not the same team that has won the Champions League and La Liga a few years ago. We play like shit and any team can beat us if they want to. Some of our most important players are not as good as they were so it's no wonder we can't win anything. Luxa is not entirely guilty because of the team's failures, but it's also true that he had all the time to build a new squad and he didn't, who the hell knows why ?!

This teams needs serious changes before we can prove once again that we are the greatest football squad in the world.

About these rifts, if these rumors are true and the players talk each other behind their back or shit like that, than some of them might have to leave the club and that means we need to buy other players to replace them. When the other players will come, they will need some time to adjust with each other, wich means another 1-2 years with no trophies for us. We will end up just like Barcelona in the past 6 years. We will do shit and they will win again and again and again, because at this time i can't see any team able to stop them.

Basically, we need about 10 new good players in order to build a strong, competitive team. This way, we can have a good team on the pitch and another great team on the bench in case of injuries.

Not speaking as a Barca fan but just a fan of football, I mostly agree with you. Real need some serious changes if they are to compete on the same level they used to. But I wouldn't rule them out just yet. Last year barca had a much greater lead than they do now and Madrid managed to catch up a fair bit.

What I think lacks in the Real Madrid side is motivation and desire. Maybe fresh blood amoung the core. But hmmm... 10 new good players? I'm interested in know which player you believe need to be changed in the Real Madrid side. Or would the list be just shorter if u were to say which player you don't want to change.

I personal feel David and Iker are the two best players on the team. Guti has been doing a good job given circumstances and I wouldn't want Raul out... The biggest mistake I think Real did was to sell Owen. I'm pretty sure Real could actually be closer to the level Barca is playing if they had someone with the goalscoring abilities that Owen had... Remember how few the minutes he was given.... and how many goals he scored. He never complained. Even though he deserved a chance to play and couldn't cause of the galactico policy he still put the team first, trainned hard and made the most out of the little time he had... he even scored life saving goals for Real Madrid in his subbed moments...

the way how i see and still see it is that we have one of the best line-ups on paper in the world, but then again the game isnt played on play now is it. the team has some serious flaws,

-the most important being the fact that we got a crappy bench, meaning no good subs, that we can bring on that can change the face of the game when needed,

-the thing with real i have observed too is that if we score first be most likely win, or atleast score another, it seems that the first goal is always the hardest to score

-losing smauel was a blow to the defensive line, but to me i think woodgate has filled the space just he is out injuryed again, but this something minor, ramos makes a good sub as a CB, but he makes an even better DM, weirdly enough, he is more confident in that position as he knows that there is atleast someone behind him incase he messes up.

-owen wasnt all that great, it seems that the only solid place on our team is our strikers, we got ronaldo, raul, and now robinho with Saldado and Juardo to call up on if needed, bith very talented and i am sure if perez doesnt shit it up atleast one of them would be starting for real one day.

- at times it can be clearly seen that ronaldo has been more or less loafing upfront, just waiting for the ball, but with our crappy ass midfield, no balls hardly come, therefore raul has to fall back to get it most of the time,

- Guti has done and excellent job in the recent 5-10 games, he has earned the starting place on the field

- robinho should be played as our left winger as baptista is an oaf, anf this way robinho's speed can coming alot hand, and he can run around the defenders up the field instead of straight at them in the centre of the field, i not sure about his ariel crosses, cuase i dont think he has ever placed one in yet, he does the same mistake a couple of times, he runs to the edge of the goal and then sees it blocked off and tries and cut back the ball to someone, he is talented yes, but hardly as a stiker in the la liga, this aint brazil anymore, this is the big leagues

- Carlos is aged, if he leaves i would be happy, but he would always be one a madrista

- Salgado has the end of this season with skill left and then next season he should start to detoriate and that is where the supposely already signed Cicinho would coming in,

- Helegara has done and awesome job, but he cant do it all

- Garica has also lived up and shown great potiential, this is perhpas the one thing lux did correct,

- Beckham and Cassillas are no doubt the best players on the squad at present along with guti, but we need a solid sub for beckham, cuase he eithers plays like a boss in a game or is just non-existant, we need to get back juafran,

- Ballack can replace Zindane, and we can get about 3-4 years out of him, dont get me wrong i love old zizou, but we need a fresh start, if we get ballack in january and we can play both of them together, we could win titles for sure
