Guideline to posting (Please Read)

Hello Turkish fans,

Since there is a fierce rivalry between the top 3 clubs in Turkey, I decided to write a little guideline to posting so that this forum operates smoothly.

Rule #1. Under no circumstances are you to fight, insult, and/or disrespect a fan of a rival club.

Rule #2. You can post in the rivals sub-forum, but you can not intentionally or unintentionally go on a rampage to insult the club.

If you are found in violation in any of these two rules, action will be taken against you according to forum rules: forums.soccerfansnet...nouncement.php?f=334 .

In short nothing should be posted that can be found disrespectful or insultive by the club's fans intentionally or not intentionally.

And carefully think about your choice of words.

It has come to my attention that lately cursing has become quite common in the turkish forum. I know turkish curses are quite funny and can get very creative at times but their is a limit to everything.

I got quite a few complaints about the Galatasaray-Sivasspor match thread.

Quite frankly I was disgusted to see what was said in their and am dissappointed in some of you.

Every other word seems to be aq or something else inappropriate. Its ok to curse from time to time but once it becomes a habit its gonna make problems.

From now on, i recommend that certain users should tone their insults and cursing in all threads. We get kids here too and quite frankly instead of their knowledge of turkish football its going to be their turkish cursing vocabulary which is going to increase rapidly.

We do give out infractions for inappropriate language at SFN, we havent really done so on constant basis but after the sivasspor match we're going to start enforcing it more constantly.

So if you dont to be banned, ask Erdi wat its like , cut the cursing and insults.

Thanks

SFN Management
