I'm tired of Turkish players not playing at big European teams what the hell man this shit is gay their's Slavs, Romanians and hell even Greeks now at big clubs! What's wrong with Turks!??!?!

Because our players don't have the will to play in Europe? I don't know. Our boards don't want to sell the players with most potential and as long as the competition in the league doesn't grow it'll be hard for them to develop.

I don't understand why they deny offers... who says no to a 12 million euro offer from Arsenal for Hasan Sas? Who says no to a 4 million euro offer from Manchester United to Sercan Yildirim dude he's 19 years old...... it's bullshit man, bullshit

Because they want them to represent a Turkish team and not the European. Also I think they thought Sercan was too young to go to Europe. He wasn't mature enough at that time.

Or maybe they think his value will rise more and they can sell him when it reach its peak.

Dude, I would've sold Sercan to Man U in a heartbeat!
Ilhami2010-05-10 04:45:21 +0000 #6
To Manchester? Do you think they were interested at all? Maybe it was just Turkish media making something up. A hoax?

Did Man U verify they were interested or what?

But if they were it would have been a good idea to sell him and let him develop there because I think he's very unpolished.

It's because of the Foreigner rule. There's not enough Turkish talent in a team, and since they can have like 8 foreigners max, they need to keep Turkish players on their team. and because of this raise the price of the Turkish players, and the price just becomes unreasonalably high. i'm not good at explaining this, where's Fenerliyim when you need him

It isn't bro. The best Turkish players still get playing time for their teams so I don't think that's the reason. The foreigner rule also creates competition so the Turkish players have to work even harder to get playing time.

Also I want to point out some of our coaches aren't good at developing young talents due to they are giving the young "stars" too much confidence that they end up getting lazy and that's why Denizli is trying to lower Batuhan's confidence by not giving him playing time without earning it.
