1899 Hoffenheim: Official Thread

Hoffenheim have been somewhat active, but rather sneaky with their transfers as of late. They just signed the Brazilian Maicosuel, a 23 year old attacking midfielder.

They also just signed Franco Zuculini, an 18 year old Argentinian midfielder who already has a cap for Argentina. I think we can pretty much say their midfielder is set with the likes of Salihovic in the mix, along with Weis, Eduardo, etc.

Their defense also looks stacked but they could use a better goalkeeper.

Their attack doesn't look all that bad either with you know who back from injury

and Prince Tagoe (22) joining the fray.

Go go the Hoff, and give Sejo the captain's band

Sejad deserves the captains armband, Teber sucks...Hoffenheim has top 5 potential imo

If Ibisevic is indeed healthy, I also expect them to finish in the top 5, especially with their new signings. Still, 1 more defender, and a better goalie would be perfect.

People say they're really good teamwise and they've been lucky, but I think this team is better than teams like Hertha Berlin, Dortmund, ect.

Hoffenheim have snapped up Simunic!

I've been meaning to post this for a while, but never got around to it.

They have the perfect balance of veterans and young talents right now. Simunic will bring a lot of experience to the club.

Good at goalkeeper, defense, midfield, and offense.

This side to me is around the 4th or 5th best in the Bundesliga in terms of players.

Didn't I tell you Hopp would buy entire Germany right now because they didn't finish in the top 5? lol. I think Hoffenheim has made the most transfers in Germany by far. With an on-form Ibisevic, Eduardo, Salihovic and Obasi they can give a serious challenge for the title next season. Still I think Obasi is not enough of a partner to Ibisevic same with Ba to make Hoffenheim a very strong team on attack. I hope Tagoe can be a solution because Ba started to suck.
