I am a basketball specially recruited high school students, I would like to know the next should be practicing what the muscles, how to practice,

I was a little ago, my teacher said, bouncing and abdominal muscles and calf muscles and, I know that calf may be skipping to exercise, abdominal muscles apart from sit-ups there any other way?
