A Plan: I support the evening, four groups jumping (n = 20), 6 Section 2 supine leg raise from four groups (n = 12), 4 groups vertical jump (n = 20), 200 push-ups (sub-3 group to do)

B plan: to play 40 minutes sandbags, doing six Group 2 from Group 4 supine leg raise (n = 12)

The two plans which better? That consume more calories? Which of the cardiopulmonary function to help large?
