Why do I run two legs of a tendon on the pain?

Usual running time, not run two laps of my calf muscles outside (looks like a tendon) to touch on pain, sometimes walking away very fast, they also hurt, playing basketball for a while too sore, so very easily tired. I see no people around this phenomenon.

Pain for the following reasons:

1. Canter leg swings enough, thigh and buttock muscle in less, making more leg muscle force;
