100 push-ups every day, separate to do, so there is no effect?

One time I have to make 100, sure to die, group to do an interval of 1 minute, then just will not do so more. . If the interval of some years, one day under a 100 finish, so it will not effect the results no better Well?

I think, if you do separate, each 50, are also very test itself, then it 2 times a day to do 50.

Otherwise, if you are physically well, then no separate key to do push-ups are challenging their own will, your own and perseverance in trials -

more exercise is always good, and certainly effective, but the outcome will be estimated fewer

If twice, then on it. Otherwise little effect. Mainly have to sweat.

If it is purely fitness to focus on quality not quantity

my trainer gave me the training standard is 12 in each group, at least to do each exercise three times, but to a very standard sort of , the slower the better, and remember, too far
