Seeking a good way to exercise abdominal muscles

My height 174CM, weight 60KG, now up in the morning or only when hungry can see the abdominal muscles, as long as eat something you'll feel the abdominal muscles can not see through. This is because excess abdominal fat, right? ? ? Also how to better the bottom two abdominal exercises. . . . .
