I am 180cm tall and weighing 86kg more fat. The body is fat. .

Looking for a quick exercise. Preferably within 3 months. . Athletic poor. Never exercise gradually getting out.

At home with dumbbells. With protein powder and so on. .

I want to lose weight while training out of a muscle, how would you do?
