Muscle training problems

I am probably 45 minutes a day, the key to training two, chest, shoulders.

I should focus on training one muscle group a day, three days a cycle of really good, or all day training each muscle group for 15 minutes or so then?

I am 15 years old, the old practice right?

A: The muscles are practicing every day for 15 minutes or so

like exercise is a good thing, saying: life is movement. Refining can be your age.

Do something should be gradual, never anxious, or be counter-productive!
