Sports and height exercise

I am male, 15 years old, but only 1.57 or so tall, slim winter to train yourself to listen to others, but said that now train the muscles in the future will not be higher then I want to do how can we physically do a good job and can long one?

15 as being a long body. Campaign based mostly aerobic exercise (ie running to play a class)

You can go running every day (the time is probably 30 minutes or so) finish stretch the legs after going to the ligament, that is stretching. Multi-take time to stretching.

If you like the play, nothing more than playing baseball, playing when the positive point, multi-running multi-hop.

Food: Multi drinking milk will help a long one.

At night to rest well, do not stay up all night
