I am going to do push-ups every day. Squat. Sit-ups. I am a student. Morning general do not have time. However, a winter break. Training exercise. Day, how much to these groups? What should be a day when? A group of how many? There are people that I want to put strong and wrist. How exercise?

push-ups. 30 times a group of x3 squat 100 sit-ups x2 under a group of 60 times a group of x3 group. 9-11 am the best ways to exercise points, 5-7 pm point. Practicing your wrist strength to do push-ups with your fingers naturally strong and啦.
