Ok guys I need some help. Im 180lbs but I dont like an OZ over 130. Its kinda depressing on my part..I need to get steered in the right direction..I take it I need to get started on a high protien low fat diet? What does this consist of exactly? Im not to fond of seafood, last time I ate it I broke out in rash's and had some narly cold sweats..I want to get in to the MMA on a serious note. Can anyone help me!?!?!?!

Are you seven feet tall? What kind of shape are you in? Do you work-out at all? Is it all about show muscle? Or are you intrested in being able to use your new mass/muscle for something else other than an excuse to buy a new wardrobe? Not much to go on...

Generically speaking, you don't want to go "low" on anything. Eat your ass off, but semi-clean and find a nice conjugate weight training routine.
