I'm trying to decipher which would be the best workout for me. I'm 5'11" and weigh 210 pounds, but am wanting to get down to the 180 Middleweight range.
I've been doing some combat conditioning on and off, trying to decide whether or not it is beneficial. It's that Matt Furey workout, my friend gave it to me.
What my question is, what would you suggest, in terms of weight lifting exercises (muscle endurance and toning) and cardio (how long, and what exercise)?
What are your workouts, lifts, exercises and cardio workouts?
