Want some advice on weight gain.

What's going on guys, I just joined this forum and figured this would be my first post. I want to gain alot of weight. I've always been lean and toned, and I used to be around 140. But due to stress and some other factors, I'm now at 125. (I'm 5'6 btw). Now I actually want to get to 160. I'm working out at a gym and plan to get back into mma training in a couple months. Basically any weight-lifting tips, or supplement advice, etc. would be greatly appreciated.

you need to eat, and when your done eat somemore. Start drinking milk it is a great mix of nutrients,and it's packed with calories which will help you put on the extra weight.

Eat like it is your job. Oatmeal, peanut butter and protein powder is a cheap weight gain mix.

Make sure Squats, Deadlifts Bench press and Standing military presses are the main focus of your training.
