It depends on the diet, and the goals of the dieter. Comparing that list of foods to most peoples daily diets, yes, they are all diet foods.

All foods listed above is truly nutritional and healthy foods that helps develop our body gives energy and help us get strong...

But as MMA fighters in result to good diet selected food is a must, there should be a balance participation of the Go, Grow and Glow foods. But for fighters to certainly get through it the best that they can, eating much of it is to risky.

But in order to balance and neutralize food intake to our body daily exercise is good enough for it.
