40 years young and running

It's just a freakin' number.

Don't know what this year will bring for running. Last year I blew my load and then some - 2 half-marathons, one 10K (with a new PR), 1 full marathon, and capped it all off with a 50K.

New job is a little more demanding and this winter was looooooooong and cold which put me behind in the training (a lot of other local runners have stated the same). I feel like I can still improve on last year's accomplishments. We shall see.

That's a helluva lot of running too, Haze.

Wassup with your knee?

I really don't know. it actually feels fine while i'm running or exercising but just a dull throb throughout the rest of the day. And i've taken time off to let it heal but still no bueno.. really need to go get it checked out but haven't had time or money to do so.. pretty bummed too because i really enjoy it.. one of these days i will get back to it.. leaning towards getting into bicycling for a good substitute.
