Question about the Insanity workout

Hey guys, new to the forum and the sport and have a question.

Have any of you done the workout program known as Insanity, and if so, what were your results? For any that don't know, Insanity is a DVD based workout program that stresses interval training and takes place over a 60 day time period.

Anyway, thanks for the help guys!

I know a friend who did, and she had tremendous results.

Ok thanks man. I've been doing it for about three weeks, and it's pretty tough, but I'm going to stick with it. I'll let you all know how it ends up.

with the way the workouts are set, there is now way in hell that if u stuck to it, that u won't get results. it's really intense. i'm thinking of doing it myself. just have to figure out where.

I think you'll be fine! I would say only take breaks when you absolutely have to. Being 13 doesn't mean it's too tough for you, just the opposite it means you're young and are in a great position to set yourself up for a great future of being fit! I wish every 13 year old had your determination. My advice is keep pushing play, don't skip workouts, drink plenty of water, definitely take a rest break if you're pushing too much. Anyone who doesn't exercise much or has never seen Insanity and then sees someone doing it automatically says it's too extreme. Stick with Insanity and eat right and you'll get those abs. Always remember ripped abs are made in the kitchen! If you're not eating right no amount of exercise will get you a six pack. I'm on my second round of Insanity and am a 3 round P90X graduate.
