start working out with no less than 20 reps if you're pumping iron. 20 reps on arms, shoulders, chest, 30-100 reps on legs (squats, leg press, lunges) & at least 30 on back. As far as core work, well, LOTS OF WRESTLING probably the best, but as far as workouts go, get a weighted vest to wear during all workouts.

Get your self a medicine ball routine & your abs will get built up in no time

Hi friends,

When it comes to lesser belly work out many people get hung-up doubt accurately what work out will work best to build up chiseled abs.

Here are the best Lower Abdominal Exercises:

RBV

1. Reverse Crunch

2. Bicycle Crunch

3. V-Ups

These are the top three RBV workouts that I suggest to you for lesser abdominal toning and strengthening. Stick to these fundamental movements and focus on performing every exercise with strict shape. Make sure to pay close awareness to your diet and add in regular cardiovascular work out into your fitness schedule.

Thanks!
