Yoga X

So I started my P90X journey recently but I can't seem to get into the yoga part. Whenever I do try the yoga portion I end up taking out the disk and throwing in Ab Ripper X or Plyometrics. Is that bad? Will skipping yoga affect my results in any significant way?

not in a significant way, but stick with the yoga as it will make you more well rounded and in balance.. yoga gets tough i can only ever make it through about 20 to 30 minutes of it..

Yeah you should stick it out. Unless you're in awesome shape (and a yoga expert) you should find it hard as **** after a while. It's exhausting, but when you're done you should feel great.

For me it's the plyo that I have the hardest time getting motivated to do. (oh and because it doesn't fit my schedule and because I feel dumb doing it, I almost always skip kenpo x)

i love the plyo disc.. i always feel like it's a great workout.. and the kenpo is fun for me to feel like i almost imagine i know what i'm doing..
