I had heard about Richard Christy on the Howard Stern show losing 70 pounds using the app and figured it would help me with my quest to be in the LHW division (figuratively not literally).Its a really easy way to count calories and make sure you are on track of your weight loss goals.I ordered the book as well and it has some helpful stuff too.Worth a look if you are trying to drop a few for swimsuit season.I would assume its available for android phones as well or you can use the website.

My scale is pretty sketchy,but I would guess around 40.No baconators or little ceasars for a while

If anyone wants to lose his /her weight start doing aerobics at least for an hour daily.

I wouldn't start right off with an hour daily, that would be a bit overwhelming. I would start with 20-30 minutes daily and gradually move it up as weight loss slows down. Its all about getting smooth, steady results.

As with diet and cardio, you need a good starting point that is manageable. You will have to adjust throughout the diet to continue burning fat, if you start right off the bat with high cardio and a very restricted diet, you won't have much to add (cardio) in or take away (food). Also, if you over restrict yourself early on, the failure rate will be much higher.
