How to make the abdominal muscles more obvious!

Done for 6 months of sit-ups done before the 3 months after the abdominal muscles, but there was less marked. Followed also done three months or less clear sense of the effect of sit-ups has reached a bottleneck. Could I now ask what training methods make the abdominal muscles clearly up? Is best suitable for home-made movement.
