Fitness training, then how long it needs to be done once a large weight training?

Weight training a large number of rm? How many groups do? All muscle groups need to do? Right through the platform at helping large?

personal view is that weight training for super-squat, dead lift, bench press three items be more useful

I generally only used once a month ,1-3 times 5 groups, after all, not too safe . Safety first oh

right through the plateau of great help, but like the shoulder, arm, etc., or feel better with the Premier Division

the number of groups are doing twice a week into a group of 3 to 5

My general done 1-3 times 3-5 group, only practicing dead lift, bench press. Help
