want to practice the waist, arms, abdomen, each day how much push-ups and chin-up and sit from the best seat?

I liked sports, I personally think that doing 50 push-ups a day or so bar! Chin-up bar to do 20! Starting supine seat is about 20 bar.! This can not ask too much High 呀 depends on the individual.
