Every time I finish the 8 groups to focus on push-ups are especially Zhang Tong after the chest is not a result of it? As long as I eat well can be a good long rest the muscles out?

I think you practice a few years, and by ordinary push-ups, then have almost no effect, and recommend you do both hands on top of each, there are folders up arms to do ( Main training 3), and two pole grasping to do the same, bar is the same as your body is bristling up, not sideways up, you can try
