“CBS made its biggest mistake partnering with a tiny, small show with a roster no one cares about,” said Dana White. “Just because you read on MMA.TV that someone is a superstar doesn’t make it true. This should prove that no one out there gives a [expletive] about Fedor.”

“We’re pulling those numbers on Spike,” White said. “I mean, how the [expletive] is what they did considered any good in any way, shape or form? What kind of numbers do you think we would pull with a live show on CBS? I’ll tell you. Huge. It would be significantly, significantly more than what they got with these idiots from Showtime.”

i typically like how up front and honest dana is but im about tired of hearing about the bithcing and complaining about fedor and random dumb shit. and he always had some bashing to so also. cant you just make your point without calling people idiots and fuckheads and such?! i think hes still a little fired up that te ufc doesnt have him, and i can kind of understand that.

Dana just being Dana.

Personally though, I love it when the guy gets mad and goes on a rant whether I agree with him or not. I find him to be entertaining.

What a complete tool.

Spike has been promoting for years to get those numbers and CBS has done it 4 times in a row and this time with an unknown star in America so what does that tell you. Poor Dana still crying about Fedor calling him out.

I don't see why dana is pissed really (and he's clearly pissed here), other than someone else is doing well at the game.

it's not like Stikeforce will alter the UFC's dominance in the US MMA market, if anything it will just introduce more viewers to MMA and grow the sport as a whole. which will just help the UFC in the long run.
