sorry i'm pumped and have to share with fellow mma fans

i went to ufc 111 and it was my first event. I sat in the first level up and was row 1. it was a fun experience but i told myself that i needed to be lower.

So when i saw that 118 was going up for pre-sale today. I decided to get in and i will now be sitting in the 12th row from the octagon. I got great seats and will be sure to post some pics hopefully.

atta boy!

As for cameras, it is always easy to sneak in a lil digital camera, no matter what the venue. You just have to get creative sometimes.

In Montreal, I switched my shoes (size 12) with my buddy (size 15) and stuck the camera in the toe region of his oversized clown shoes. Of course, he complained of foot pain for nothing, as they didn't search us anyways.

Every UFC I've gone to I walked in with a camera in hand. Most of the ones I've been to are in Vegas, so maybe they don't care there, but the ones elsewhere didn't seem to mind either.

Garden doesn't generally search guys extensively but you never know. If you are going with a chicka have her put it in her purse.

Ill be going too, my first UFC event!

The camera policy should be up to whoever is running the event, not the venue.

Camera Policy

The following rules are general and can be overridden based on a specific request from the attraction or promoter:

Sporting Events: Non-flash, still cameras without a detachable lens, may be used to take pictures of sporting events or events where house lights are illuminated during a performance. Cameras with detachable lens are prohibited from all TD Garden events. Any tripod or other photography equipment may not be used or placed in any area of the building without building issued media credentials.

Concerts and other Events: The Event Promoter reserves the right to deny camera use at any time during or before the concert and to prohibit the use of any camera that is deemed unacceptable. Cameras with detachable lens are prohibited at all TD Garden concerts. The use of flash photography is also prohibited.

Video and Audio Equipment:

1. Use of movie cameras and video or audio recording equipment is strictly prohibited by event promoters, and the TD Garden reserves the right to confiscate any tape or film.

2. For certain Concerts and Family Shows, suite lights will be dimmed to a safe level in order to compliment the atmosphere of the event.

congrats. this is a card a lot of people will/have trash(ed), but there's not one main card fight that i think won't be compelling when you're actually there and in the moment. also, the top 2 undercard fights should be great.
